SHIPPING & RETURNS
- We endeavour to ship items within 5 working days of purchase
- Shipping times may vary due to the availability of goods
- Orders are not dispatched on weekends or bank holidays
- Standard UK orders will be sent via Royal Mail first class
- An email confirmation will be sent when the order has been dispatched, this will be sent to the email address stated on your order
- Recorded delivery is available, choose this option at check out
- Delivery times may vary internationally, for more information get in touch, firstname.lastname@example.org If you select a ‘signed for’ service, please make sure someone is at home to receive the package. If the package cannot be delivered, it may be returned to us. We can resend it, but additional postage costs will be applicable.

- We cannot be held responsible for items damaged in shipping, in this case you must file a complaint with the carrier
- If an item does not arrive, providing we have dispatched the item and have the relevant proof of postage, we must submit a missing parcel form with the carrier prior to any offered refund. In this case it is the carriers policy that we wait 20 working days (UK) and 25 working days (internationally) before this can be done.

- Merchandise must be returned within 30days

- Items must be in their original form (NOT worn, altered, or washed).
- The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility
- No refunds for items damaged in shipping, In that case, you must file a complaint with the carrier
- We are not responsible for lost returns or exchanges
- Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable
- All Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- We reserve the right to refuse a refund/ exchange if the items have any signs of wear, alterations, misuse or damage
- Lost in Thought Clothing does not guarantee the exchange or credit for a defective item. If you believe an item is defective please give notice to email@example.com, before sending the item back
- Once we have received your package it can take up to 14 days to process an exchange
- Additional postage & packaging will be charged for exchanges to be sent back out. You will be notified via email on the appropriate payment method.
- Please be assured that all exchanges will be processed as quickly as possible
